25 face drug charges after nightclub raids

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. —Twenty-five people are facing multiple drug charges Saturday following raids at three nightclubs in Winston-Salem.

Authorities with the Winston-Salem Police Department, the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office and the Kernersville Police Department all worked together on the operation.

Officers searched Club Risque, Paper Moon Gentlemen's Club and Filly's Gentlemen's Club after getting complaints about illegal drug activity.

Investigators seized heroin, cocaine, crack cocaine, opium, prescription medications and marijuana.

A total of 122 charges were filed against those arrested.

Each club will have their alcohol licenses suspended for 30 days.
