Are police officers allowed to lie to you? Yes the Supreme Court has ruled that police officers can lie to the American people. Police officers are trained at lying, twisting words and being manipulative. Police officers and other law enforcement agents are very skilled at getting information from people. So don’t try to “out smart” a police officer and don’t try being a “smooth talker” because you will lose! If you can keep your mouth shut, you just might come out ahead more than you expected.

Deputies arrest man, 6 women in prostitution sting

WASHINGTON COUNTY, OR (KPTV) - Detectives from the Washington County Sheriff’s Office arrested six women and one man involved in a prostitution operation Thursday night.

Officials say detectives had organized an operation that focused on prostitution.

The operation involved the FBI's Portland office, Beaverton, HIllsboro, Tigard and Forest Grove Police Departments, as well as Washington County Parole and Probation officers. 

Detectives answered advertisements on a local website to help find potential prostitutes, and people responsible for compelling prostitution.

According the the release, detectives responded to an advertisement at a local hotel late that evening, where the suspects were later arrested.

Chen Quan, 32, of San Gabrial California was arrested charged with promoting prostitution, and the six women were arrested and charged with prostitution.
