Are police officers allowed to lie to you? Yes the Supreme Court has ruled that police officers can lie to the American people. Police officers are trained at lying, twisting words and being manipulative. Police officers and other law enforcement agents are very skilled at getting information from people. So don’t try to “out smart” a police officer and don’t try being a “smooth talker” because you will lose! If you can keep your mouth shut, you just might come out ahead more than you expected.

Queen Offers to Restore British Rule Over United States

LONDON (The Borowitz Report)—In an unexpected televised address on Saturday, Queen Elizabeth II offered to restore British rule over the United States of America. Addressing the American people from her office in Buckingham Palace, the Queen said that she was making the offer “in recognition of the desperate situation you now find yourselves in.” “This two-hundred-and-forty-year experiment in self-rule began with the best of intentions, but I think we can all agree that it didn’t end well,” she said. The Queen urged Americans to write in her name on Election Day, after which the transition to British rule could begin “with a minimum of bother.” Elizabeth acknowledged that, in the wake of Brexit, ...

'This is slavery': U.S. inmates strike in what activists call one of the biggest prison protests in modern history

Los Angeles Times

In his 29 years in prison, David Bonner has mopped floors, cooked hot dogs in the cafeteria and, most recently, cut sheets of aluminum into Alabama license plates. The last job paid $2 a day — enough to buy a bar of soap at the commissary or make a short phone call. "This is slavery," said Bonner, who is 51 and serving a life sentence for murder. "We're forced to work these jobs and we get barely anything.” He was speaking on a mobile phone smuggled into his 8-by-12 foot cell in Alabama’s Holman Correctional Facility, where he and dozens of other inmates were on strike. They’re among a growing national movement of prisoners who have staged work stoppages or hunger strikes this fall to protest ...

The strange tale of a dating site’s attacks on WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange

WASHINGTON — For an online dating site, seems really good at cloak-and-dagger stuff. Disconnected phones. Mystery websites. Actions that ricochet around the globe.
But the attention grabber is the Houston-based company’s target: Julian Assange, the founder of WikiLeaks, whose steady dumps of leaked emails from Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign have given supporters of Donald Trump the only cheering news of the last few weeks.
In some ways,’s campaign against Assange is as revelatory as the leaked emails themselves, illustrating the powerful, sometimes unseen, forces that oppose WikiLeaks.
Whoever is behind the dating site has marshaled significant resources to target Assange, enough to gain entry into a United Nations body, operate in countries in Europe, North America and the Caribbean, conduct surveillance on Assange’s lawyer in London, obtain the fax number of Canada’s prime minister and seek to prod a police inquiry in the Bahamas.
And they’ve done it at a time when WikiLeaks has become a routine target of Democratic politicians who portray Assange as a stooge of Russian President Vladimir Putin and his reported efforts to disrupt the U.S. election.
One part of toddandclare’s two-pronged campaign put a megaphone to unproven allegations that Assange made contact with a young Canadian girl in the Bahamas through the internet with the intention of molesting her. The second part sought to entangle him in a plan to receive $1 million from the Russian government.
WikiLeaks claims the dating site is “a highly suspicious and likely fabricated” company. In turn, the company lashed out at Assange on Thursday and “his despicable activities against American national security,” and warned journalists to “check with your libel lawyers first before printing anything that could impact or endanger innocent people’s lives.”
So why are the parties to the melee coming out with both barrels blazing? That remains a mystery of the kind that might take a WikiLeaks-style document dump to suss out.
What is beyond dispute, though, is that the attacks on WikiLeaks rose as the group released a first batch of leaked Democratic National Committee emails in July, days before the party’s national convention, and again this month, as WikiLeaks began releasing thousands of emails from the account of John Podesta, Clinton’s campaign chairman.
The online company paints itself as all-American. Online material says its founders, Todd and Clare Hammond, “are an average American couple from Michigan, who met in the eighth grade.” In 2011, the company says, the Christian couple started an email dating service, and “have married 3,000 couples to date.” Their online network began in 2015, and a statement it filed to a U.N. body says it has “100,000+ female singles” in six countries.
The company’s operating address is a warehouse loading dock in Houston. Its mail goes to a Houston drop box. Its phone numbers no longer work. WikiLeaks says Texas officials tell it the entity is not registered there either under or a parent company, T&C Network Solutions.
The person who responds to email sent to the company declined to identify himself or herself or answer further questions.
“We are not required to confirm the information you are requesting to anyone other than our government and tax authorities. So many people (and companies) have now been unfairly libeled by the wikileaks troll machine, we are being advised not to comment,” an unsigned email from the company to a McClatchy reporter said Thursday morning.
The people behind persuaded a U.N. body known as the Global Compact to give it status as a participant in May, and it submitted an eight-page report to the U.N. group Oct. 4 carefully laying out its allegations against Assange. The firm was delisted by the U.N. body eight days later amid controversy over its claims.

An Australian lawyer, Melinda Taylor, said the report’s precise language raised additional suspicions at WikiLeaks, where she assists Assange in human rights litigation.

“This is not a report that’s been drafted by a dating agency. It’s highly legalistic and very structured. It’s the language of someone who has drafted complex legal submissions,” she said.

Under Todd Hammond’s name, the report alleged that Assange’s Swedish lawyer had reached out in June to offer Assange’s services on a campaign against rape in exchange for an undisclosed amount of bitcoin. It said the two sides held two videoconferences.

Then came the bombshell: It said the company had ended ties with Assange following “pedophile crimes” he had committed in the Bahamas in late September. It said that the victim was the 8-year-old daughter of a Canadian couple on a monthlong yachting vacation. The father went to police in Nassau on Sept. 28, the report claimed, saying that his family held video and chat logs showing Assange “internet grooming” the child and “propositioning the 8-year-old juvenile ‘to perform oral and anal sex acts.’”
It said Assange, who has been in refuge in Ecuador’s Embassy in London since 2012, made a connection to the child’s 22-year-old sister, who was a client of the online dating site, gaining access to the young girl.
An assistant commissioner for the Royal Bahamas Police Force, Stephen Dean, said “there is no investigation” into any such incident and that the police have received no evidence that such an incident occurred.
“We got a phone call of someone giving us some information. But we never had a face-to-face. It could have been a hoax,” Dean said. “We don’t know.”

If someone were in possession of video or chat logs about a pedophile crime, he or she did not provide them to Bahamian police, Dean said, which he said would be odd: “If you have something so significant, I think you’d want to leave a report.”

Assange’s Swedish lawyer, Per Samuelson, wrote to the U.N. body on Oct. 10 alleging that Hammond’s report against Assange was “entirely false” in all its facets and that he had had no contact with the dating site or Hammond.

Even as authorities in the Bahamas dismissed the report, the dating site sent a fax Oct. 17 to Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau saying the Canadian family had fled the Bahamas due to “anti-white, racist abuse by Bahamian police.”

“Julian Assange … has started a smear campaign to claim our dating company is behind an elaborate scam. It is fully to be expected. Pedophiles are devious and cunning,” the fax said.
The company said it would “continue to protect the family’s identity, until either the (Royal Bahamas Police Force) conduct a proper investigation, or hell freezes over. Whichever comes first.”
The fax was signed, “The Todd and Clare Team,” and left no way to contact the firm.
While the founders of say they’ve been in the matchmaking business since 2011, their internet presence dates only to September 2015 and really got going only early this year. Those who have done work for the company say they were kept at arm’s length.

A Los Angeles actress, Lexi Graboski, told McClatchy that another company,, had contacted her in January to appear in a video to explain how to use the dating website. She said she knew only her contact’s username: NYCPrincess.
By summer, in the run-up to what many expected to be an “October surprise” from WikiLeaks to make an impact on the U.S. election, began moving against Assange in multiple countries simultaneously. The DNC and a cyberthreat intelligence firm it had hired, CrowdStrike, were already fingering Russia as behind the hacks that would provide the fodder for WikiLeaks. They’d said in June that Russian hackers had access to DNC servers for about a year.

A company representative, identifying herself as Hannah Hammond, emailed Assange’s Swedish and British legal agents offering $1 million for him to appear in a five-minute tongue-in-cheek television advertisement. In a subsequent exchange Sept. 19, the representative wrote that “the source of the $1,000,000 is the Russian government.”
In a curious twist, she offered what she said were three facts about Assange’s London attorney that are “unknown to the public,” including details inside her home and an event in her son’s life, suggesting a capability to conduct surveillance.
Taylor, the Assange lawyer, said the details appeared “to create the impression that the members of his team were under close surveillance and/or to bolster the bona fides of the claim that the offer was linked to a State. Its inclusion does appear quite menacing.”

A lawyer identifying himself only as “James” responded the next day, slamming the offer as an “elaborate scam designed to entrap” Assange and embarrass him for ties to Russia.

The dating site representative sought to pull the veil off “James.”
“Julian: We know it’s you writing. The offer expires at midnight, October 31st 2016,” she wrote back on Sept. 21, according to copies of the emails posted by WikiLeaks on its website.
By early October, went on the offensive. It filed a civil complaint in a British court against Assange, seeking 295 pounds sterling — about $359 — in damages because it said it could no longer use his services due to the “child sex offenses in Nassau.”
The suit, said Taylor, Assange’s lawyer, “seems to be designed to evade defamation law in the U.K. They’ve put highly noxious information knowing that it would be made public.”
The global tussle between the online dating company and WikiLeaks went public in mid-October when the anti-secrecy group voiced public doubt on whether actually existed, or served only as a vehicle to attack Assange.

The announcement opened the gates for a disparate crew of internet sleuths — some motivated by hatred of Clinton and others impelled by support for WikiLeaks — to probe into the history of, suspicious that the dating site might be an undercover operation with links to the Clinton campaign.
Posting their findings on the discussion websites 8chan ( and, they unearthed some curious coincidences. A perusal into the archives of the internet revealed that the Hammonds had once occupied a San Francisco building later rented to a company, Premise Data, whose co-founder has ties to Clinton and her top supporters.
Moreover, a telephone number once registered to a Todd Hammond later was registered to a former Premise employee, Aaron Dunn, although with a different area code.
Premise co-founder David Soloff said such findings could only be coincidences.
“I want reiterate that Premise has no connection with this case. And beyond confirming that Aaron Dunn worked at Premise until 2014, I don’t know the answer to any of your questions,” Soloff wrote in an email.
Whoever is behind the website came out slashing Thursday, accusing WikiLeaks of “vicious slurs” and saying they were “law-abiding citizens” subject to the “sinister and unlawful behavior of Wikileaks reddit users, calling for people to be harassed and physically hurt.” It acknowledged “disconnecting our phones for the time being.”

“Stay strong everyone,” the message concluded. “Dissent is so important. God bless America, we are truly the greatest nation on Earth. Todd and Clare.”

Jury acquits leaders of Oregon standoff of federal charges

By Steven Dubois and Gillian Flaccus

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) -- The leaders of an armed group who seized a national wildlife refuge in rural Oregon were acquitted Thursday in the 41-day standoff that brought new attention to a long-running dispute over control of federal lands in the U.S. West.

Tumult erupted in the courtroom after the verdicts were read when an attorney for group leader Ammon Bundy demanded his client be immediately released, repeatedly yelling at the judge. U.S. marshals tackled attorney Marcus Mumford to the ground, used a stun gun on him several times and arrested him.

U.S. District Judge Anna Brown said she could not release Bundy because he still faces charges in Nevada stemming from an armed standoff at his father Cliven Bundy's ranch two years ago.

The jury found Bundy, his brother Ryan Bundy and several others not guilty of possessing a firearm in a federal facility and conspiring to impede federal workers from their jobs at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge, 300 miles southeast of Portland where the trial took place.

The Bundy's were expected to stand trial in Nevada early next year. Authorities rounded up cattle at their father's ranch in 2014 because of unpaid grazing fees but released the animals as they faced armed protesters.

The brothers are part of a ranching family embroiled in a lengthy fight over the use of public range, and their occupation in Oregon drew an international spotlight to a uniquely American West dispute: federal restrictions on ranching, mining and logging to protect the environment. The government, which controls much of the land in the U.S. West, says it tries to balance industry, recreation and wildlife concerns to benefit all.

The armed occupiers were allowed to come and go for several weeks as authorities tried to avoid bloodshed seen in past standoffs.

The confrontations reignited clashes dating to the so-called Sagebrush Rebellion of the late 1970s, when Western states such as Nevada tried to win more control of vast federal land holdings.

The group took over the bird sanctuary in remote southeastern Oregon on Jan. 2. They objected to prison sentences handed down to Dwight and Steven Hammond, two local ranchers convicted of setting fires. They demanded the government free the father and son and relinquish control of public lands to local officials.

Ammon Bundy gave frequent news conferences and the group used social media in a mostly unsuccessful effort to get others to join them.

The Bundy's and other key figures were arrested in a Jan. 26 traffic stop outside the refuge that ended with police fatally shooting Robert "LaVoy" Finicum, an occupation spokesman. Most occupiers left after his death, but four holdouts remained until Feb. 11, when they surrendered after a lengthy negotiation.

At trial, the case was seemingly open-and-shut. There was no dispute the group seized the refuge, established armed patrols and vetted those who visited.

"Ladies and gentlemen, this case is not a whodunit," Assistant U.S. Attorney Ethan Knight said in his closing argument, arguing that the group decided to take over a federal workplace that didn't belong to them.

On technical grounds, the defendants said they never discussed stopping individual workers from accessing their offices but merely wanted the land and the buildings. On emotional grounds, Ammon Bundy and other defendants argued that the takeover was an act of civil disobedience against an out-of-control federal government that has crippled the rural West.

Federal prosecutors took two weeks to present their case, finishing with a display of more than 30 guns seized after the standoff. An FBI agent testified that 16,636 live rounds and nearly 1,700 spent casings were found.

Bundy testified in his defense, spending three days amplifying his belief that government overreach is destroying Western communities that rely on the land.

He said the plan was to take ownership of the refuge by occupying it for a period of time and then turn it over to local officials to use as they saw fit.

Bundy also testified that the occupiers carried guns because they would have been arrested immediately otherwise and to protect themselves against possible government attack.

Ryan Bundy, who acted his own attorney, did not testify.
Authorities had charged 26 occupiers with conspiracy. Eleven pleaded guilty, and another had the charge dropped. Seven defendants chose not to be tried at this time. Their trial is scheduled to begin Feb. 14.

the New Republican Revolution

By Christopher R Rice

It's comical and pathetic to see all the conservatives losing their minds.

After Romney and McCain lost conservatives had these big meetings on what they need to do to win and how the republican party needed to change.

Really, the only problem is that the globalist corporatist Republicans completely ignored their base following the 2010, 2012 and 2014 elections. If the Republicans had simply run out a mainstream politician that was against illegal immigration - that person would be the nominee and not Trump.

But no, 16 candidates and all but Trump were weasels on illegal immigration/open borders. So here we are. It is really as simple as that.

Eight years ago, when a young unknown Senator beat the great Hillary Clinton for the democratic nomination it became apparent that what would be needed eight years later to beat Hillary, the apparent Democratic nominee, would be an 'outsider', the 'anti-establishment' candidate. And what would possibly be more 'anti-establishment' than to be shunned by your own party?

Enter the Donald.

Hatred for Hillary on the far right would be enough to get the anti-votes. But what would really fire up the base more than promising to deport 11 million illegals? While your at it hit all of the voters buttons and promise to overturn Roe v. Wade to get the Christian right vote. You get to fire up the base while simultaneously giving your fellow Republicans reason to shun you, furthering the 'anti-establishment' myth.

Can I prove that it's a myth? Hum, want some proof? How about this, Republicans refuse to seat Obamas pick for the Supreme court right? But they also all agree that if Hillary wins in November she will nominate someone they like even less than Obamas pick, right? At the same time all of the so called liberal press is predicting a Hillary win in November, right? Than why don't the Republicans go with Obamas pick? Could it be because this election has already been decided? Maybe they know something that we don't. Reality is not real. The fix is in.

They promise you the stars and the moon and you fall for it every time. A word to the wise, if someone was really going to give you the stars and the moon or wave their magic wand and change everything they wouldn't tell you to bend over and grab your ankles first. Think about it. An Ivy league education that only the rich can afford makes wage slaves out of everyone else. Because you're too uneducated to see how much you've been screwed over and too dumb to know what to do about it. That's America.

The new republican revolution is nothing but a scam. Supporting McCain and Romney didn't get them elected. So they are running the anti-candidate, the Donald. And on January 20th they will crown him Caesar. Then we get watch the liberals lose their minds.

Former Black Panther Party Member Elaine Brown Says The Black Lives Matter Movement Has A “Plantation Mentality”

Some of the strongest critics of the Black Lives Matter movement come from a very unlikely place. Elaine Brown, former chairwoman of the Black Panther Party was very vocal and very clear in her issues with the movement, mostly the fact that she doesn’t understand what they do.

In an interview with Spiked, she explained.

“I don’t know what Black Lives Matter does, so I can’t tell you how it compares to what the Black Panther Party was. I know what the BPP was. I know the lives we lost, the struggle we put into place, the efforts we made, the assault on us by the police and government- I know all that. I don’t know what Black Lives Matter does. So if you can tell me, I’ll give you my thoughts.”

But Brown didn’t stop there.

“There is no comparison. The next wave of young people running out here, who are complaining and protesting about the murders of young Black men and women by the police all over the country, they will protest but they will not rise up in an organized fashion, with an agenda to create revolutionary change…”

“We advocated community self defense organizations to be formed, so that we would not be assaulted by the police, so that we would bear arms and assume our human rights. This to me is a plantation mentality. It smacks of ‘master, if you would just treat me right.’ And it has nothing to do with self-determination, empowerment and a sense of justice, or anything else.”

Since her time in the BPP, Brown is now working with Oakland and the World, a non-profit that works with businesses to provide employment for ex-cons facing barriers to employment.

She said, “In the absence of a serious people’s movement, we have to do something…For now, we must do what we need to do to live, to fight another day.”

EDITORS NOTE: Just a heads up for everyone just joining 'the Underground' movement. I've received a lot of attention as of late. A big thank you to everyone who's been reposting, reblogging, sharing and helping to get this info out. I personally do not get anything for being here except putting my neck on the chopping block. There is absolutely no financial gain, I'm lucky if I make a quarter a day from the Google ads on this site. And I did not start writing to make money. But after three years of posting here, no one will stand with me,  so, I have to go. I won't be here, I'm closing this site down. I will keep the new web site up and running as long as I can without your help and on my own dime. For as long as I can afford to waste my time and money. Until there's nothing left to give.

This time next week,

As we near the millennium one thing is clear to anyone who sees the economic system clearly. The system is on the verge of implosion. Privately owned and operated prison companies trade on Wall Street. One of those, Wackenhut, is a virtual CIA proprietary. We have entered, at the end of the industrial age, a phase of growth where we must incarcerate an ever-expanding number of people to sustain the growth of all the companies profiting from law enforcement, crime, imprisonment and war. And the overheated stock market must grow or collapse. The reason this nation spends five dollars on prisons for every one dollar on higher education – even after seven straight years of falling crime rates – is because there is more profit in it in the current economic model. Hell, we have turned police departments into profit making entities through asset forfeiture. This is insane!

This economic model is patently no more sustainable than a snake eating its own tail can be considered nourishment. Organized crime has become the government and it seeks to make all citizens become subliminally guilty participants, fearing for their own livelihoods, believing that the system will collapse if someone really tackles the issues facing us – as surely as the iceberg faced the Titanic.

The system will collapse anyway – unless the economic model is turned upside down – unless a way is found or offered which will make it more profitable than all other ways – to do the right thing. The only thing that will sustain the current economic system, and its dependence on drug capital, is a police state. New enforcement programs involving HUD and the Department of Justice- along with their corresponding butchery of the Constitution – show an emerging police state already. The conduct of Congress and the White House and the CIA further demonstrate the arrogance, and the ever-increasing sloppiness of a system out of control.

The veneer, the illusion that we live under the rule of law cracks before our eyes, grows thinner and ever more difficult to sell with each passing minute. All at once the fears of the right of a New World Order and the fears of the left, of new concentration camps and genocide suddenly become one and the same thing. Dogma matters little to the oppressed. Pain tastes the same whether you call it Fascism or Communism.

EXCLUSIVE: Pro-US hacker 'The Jester' takes aim at nations helping Snowden

The self-described patriot hacker known as “The Jester” says he’ll carry out cyber attacks on countries considering granting asylum to Edward Snowden.

Beginning early Monday, The Jester hacked into several government websites in Ecuador as reports circulated that Snowden, who divulged secrets on the National Security Agency’s spying programs, could be headed there. With Venezuela emerging as a possible landing spot for Snowden, The Jester told he could turn his attention to that South American country.

“These are enemies and that's how I will be treating them, and anyone who facilitates them,” The Jester told in an online interview.

Meet the general who’s paying for Hillary Clinton’s sins

By Josh Rogin

The Obama administration’s Justice Department has investigated three senior officials for mishandling classified information over the past two years but only one faces a felony conviction, possible jail time and a humiliation that will ruin his career: former Joint Chiefs of Staff vice chairman Gen. James E. Cartwright. The FBI’s handling of the case stands in stark contrast to its treatment of Hillary Clinton and retired Gen. David Petraeus — and it reeks of political considerations.

Monday marked a stunning fall from grace for Cartwright, the man once known as “Obama’s favorite general,” who pleaded guilty to the felony charge of lying to the FBI during its investigation into the leaking of classified information about covert operations against Iran to two journalists. His lawyer Greg Craig said in a statement that Cartwright spoke with David Sanger of the New York Times and Dan Klaidman of Newsweek as a confirming source for stories they had already reported, in an effort to prevent the publication of harmful national security secrets.

Three Lil Pigs

By Christopher R Rice for Underground Newz

Here's a story about the three little pigs. The first pigs name is Capitalism, he built his house on credit and debt. But, bubbles and balloons are not a very strong foundation, and will only hold you up for so long. Before the next bust.

The next little pigs name is Communism, built his house from whatever Capitalism left behind. But Capitalism was so hungry and ate so much, that Communism often went hungry. Had to stand in 'bread lines.' And wherever Communism went, Capitalism was sure to follow. And when consuming the whole Earth was not satisfying enough, Capitalism ate the f'n moon. Capitalism became so greedy that it wanted everything. The whole universe.

The next little pig is the bastard child of the first two and his name is Socialism, built his house, but it was just a pay-to-play. Tax the working man, pinch the poor and give the rich a pass, same system everywhere. These three little pigs conned the world that everything must be this way or we'd have to deal with a big bad wolf named Fascism.

When big bad Fascism first came around it attacked the Communist, ate the Socialist and was on the verge of destroying the house that Capitalism built. When that old wolf named Fascism would huff and puff every tree on the planet would shake. But Fascism has a very short shelf life, left unchecked it begins to eat its own tail for nourishment.

But that fat dirty pig named Capitalism was hungry again, bit into something called Syria that tasted rather bitter. At first Capitalism didn't even notice, it just continued to gorge itself on poor Syria. Let him with an ear hear or just continue to gorge yourself.

As it happened, Capitalism began to vomit and out popped a lil baby fascist, kicking and screaming. Capitalism looked at baby fascism in disgust. Capitalism wouldn't even pick the baby up. It laid there on the floor, kicking and screaming and flailing about. Then Capitalism broke a beer bottle and handed it to their Queen, told her to kill baby fascism. She took that broken beer bottle and plunged it into poor baby fascism, over and over again. Not once, not twice but three times.

It looked as if baby fascism was dead.

But they don't let a woman kill you, not in the tower of song. And that wolf, that lil baby fascist he got back up and he huffed and he puffed and he blew all of their little houses down. And then he arrested the Queen.
