Are police officers allowed to lie to you? Yes the Supreme Court has ruled that police officers can lie to the American people. Police officers are trained at lying, twisting words and being manipulative. Police officers and other law enforcement agents are very skilled at getting information from people. So don’t try to “out smart” a police officer and don’t try being a “smooth talker” because you will lose! If you can keep your mouth shut, you just might come out ahead more than you expected. Police Officer Accused of Domestic Violence Shoots at Investigating Officer

By Michael Anthony Adams and Madeline Buckley, The Indianapolis Star

Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department Major Rich Riddle provides an update shooting involving off-duty officer and a detective. Michael Anthony Adams / IndyStar

INDIANAPOLIS — Police have identified an Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officer accused of shooting and injuring a fellow officer Friday as Adrian Aurs. The 42-year-old officer was charged in an arrest warrant with attempted murder.

Aurs was taken into custody in Cincinnati after police there stopped his vehicle on I-75. He surrendered after an hourlong standoff with police, according to a news release from Indianapolis police.

Police will extradite Aurs to Indianapolis.

Police allege that Aurs, who was off-duty, shot an Indianapolis detective who was investigating a report of domestic violence Friday night involving Aurs and his estranged wife, and then he fled to Ohio.

The wounded detective, a veteran of the department, police said, was shot at least once in the elbow, and possibly a second time in his side.

He is expected to survive his injuries.

According to police, officers were called to the Overlook at Valley Ridge apartments at about 8:30 p.m.. Friday regarding the disturbance. Since the incident involved an IMPD officer, the department's special investigation unit was requested to handle the case.

As the SIU detective began his investigation at about 10:30 p.m., police said Aurs returned and began shooting inside the apartment.

The detective returned fire, but didn't hit Aurs, police said.

After the shooting, Aurs fled the scene in his personal vehicle. The wounded detective was rushed to a hospital with injuries to his elbow and back, where he remains in good condition.

Over the course of the next few hours, police were able to track Aurs to Cincinnati, where he was taken into custody, "without incident," by Cincinnati

Police Department officers, said IMPD Major Rich Riddle.

At the time of the domestic disturbance and the shooting that followed, police said, the off-duty officer's two children were inside the apartment. They were not injured.

It was unclear early Saturday morning what exactly happened between Aurs and his wife before police were called, but Riddle said the circumstances were "serious enough of a criminal nature to call in our SIU detectives."

Friday's incident marks the second time an IMPD officer has been shot this week. On Monday, an officer was shot in the ankle while pursuing a suspect who fled a traffic stop at a gas station.

Aurs himself was shot while on duty in 2003, according to Indianapolis Star news reports. He exchanged gunfire with a 23-year-old man who was killed. Aurs was struck, but his bullet-proof vest saved his life, the reports say.

Aurs has a drunken-driving conviction on his record. In 2005, he pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor count of operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to probation, court records show.

In 2012, Aurs was involved in a fatal crash while he was off-duty. Aurs had a small amount of alcohol in his system when his vehicle collided with a car carrying a Greenwood couple, according to Indianapolis Star reports. However, prosecutors found that the amount of alcohol was below the legal limit, and the crash was the fault of the other driver. The office declined to bring charges. A 78-year-old Greenwood man was killed in the crash.

Detectives have collected Aurs' police badge and ID in light of his suspension in the latest incident, and termination has been recommended.

Indianapolis officer arrested on domestic violence charges

An Indianapolis Metro Police officer faces a slew of charges, including eight felonies, in a domestic battery case.

Police arrested 10-year department veteran Daniel Bullman on Wednesday.
Court documents detail a disturbing pattern of alleged violence and rage for years against his estranged wife and in front of their children. From 2013 through this year, court papers describe numerous incidents of Bullman punching his wife, dragging her, and hitting her in the face.

She said a separation and counseling seemed to lessen the violence, but then it would start up again. At times, she told police Bullman yelled at her to "fight back." Other times, she says he made her kneel on the ground and ordered her to "bark like a dog."

Once, she told investigators she was injured so badly that she left the house barefoot and bloody and walked to the nearby Speedway Police Department.
She said Bullman drove after her and told her in the parking lot, "I'm the police.

What do you think they're gonna do? They're not gonna do anything."

In another incident, Bullman's wife told police he put a gun to her head and said, "you know you make me do this, right?"

Police say the 33-year-old officer also threatened his daughter. His wife described it this way: "He walked into a child's bedroom, put a gun to the daughter's head and stated words to the effect of, 'You know, I could end her right now.'"

In 2015, Bullman told his wife he'd become involved with a woman in the IMPD Explorer program and his wife told a friend the woman might be pregnant. Court papers say that the woman conveniently committed suicide in November.

Just this month, court documents say Bullman's violence took on a new target: his fellow officers.

After his wife was granted a protective order and Bullman was suspended pending termination from the force, documents show he sent her a text message that read, "Right now I'm only interested in going to (redacted officers' names) and putting a bullet in their head. I'm furious. This department failed. This city needs more dead cops."

Wednesday night, Bullman was jailed on $100,000 bond. He's also suspended without pay from the Indianapolis Metro Police Department.

IMPD Domestic Violence Unit detectives began looking into the case in early May. The incidents in question took place over the past two years between Bullman and his estranged wife, either at or near their Indianapolis home, with the exception of one incident which occurred in Washington, DC.

Detectives submitted their findings to the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office for a review of criminal charges. Bullman was charged Wednesday with eight felonies and five misdemeanors:

Neglect of a Dependent, Class D Felony
Battery, Class B Misdemeanor
Battery resulting in Bodily Injury, Class D Felony
Domestic Battery, Class A Misdemeanor
Domestic Battery, Class A Misdemeanor
Criminal Confinement, Class B Felony
Intimidation, Class C Felony
Pointing a Firearm, Class D Felony
Criminal Confinement, Level 6 Felony
Domestic Battery, Class A Misdemeanor
Kidnapping, Level 5 Felony
Battery in the Presence of a Child, Level 6 Felony
Domestic Battery, Class A Misdemeanor

Bullman has been employed with IMPD since April 2006. He was most recently assigned to East District Detectives. On May 11, Chief Troy Riggs suspended Bullman without pay, with a recommendation for termination to be considered by the IMPD Merit Board.

The latest accusation of sexual harassment against Roger Ailes

Laurie Luhn, a former Fox News booker, has accused Ailes of ensnaring her in a 20-year relationship of sexual abuse that amounted to “psychological torture,” in an extensive interview with New York’s Gabriel Sherman. She also claims that Fox News executives knew what was going on for years and helped to cover it up.

Luhn’s account begins with a familiar, lopsided dynamic between the older, married Ailes and a young 28-year-old who was broke and in need of a job. What follows is a detailed recounting of Ailes priming her to be available at his every whim for regular sexual encounters while he dangled job offers in front of her. The encounters began with a routine that would be repeated over the years:
When she had finished dancing, Ailes told her to get down on her knees in front of him, she said, and put his hands on her temples. As she recalled, he began speaking to her slowly and authoritatively, as if he were some kind of Svengali: “Tell me you will do what I tell you to do, when I tell you to do it. At any time, at any place when I call. No matter where I call you, no matter where you are. Do you understand? You will follow orders. If I tell you to put on your uniform, what are you gonna do, Laurie? WHAT ARE YOU GONNA DO, LAURIE?” Then, she recalled, his voice dropped to a whisper: “What are you, Laurie? Are you Roger’s whore? Are you Roger’s spy? Come over here.” Ailes asked her to perform oral sex, she said.
Years later, she said in the interview, her role transitioned from being available for sexual encounters with Ailes to setting up one-on-one appointments with female Fox employees who might be exposed to the same sexual harassment she and so many others faced.

The testimonies that continue to emerge in the wake of Gretchen Carlson’s sexual harassment lawsuit paint a damning picture of Fox News as a toxic working environment in which an entire ecosystem of employees, including Luhn, aided Ailes or looked the other way as he treated the company like his own personal sexual services agency.

Right Wing Conspiracy Nuts and Left Wing Apologist

By Christopher R Rice

I'm not a writer. I'm just a writer. Life in America has become crazy like that. There's a war criminal in the White House. I didn't come up with that all on my own, I'm just a writer. I report. Obama has moved torture to third party host countries and US Navy ships. I reported that back in '09. Obama allowed and publicly defended the NSA ease dropping on US citizens and our own allies. Obama also authorized "dead checking" and the CIA to kill first responders. After a drone attack when the Red Cross shows up to remove the carnage, the CIA sends another drone to kill the first responders. I have a long list of crimes committed by Obama. As well as every sitting US Senator, Congress member and Supreme Court Justice. But all that I ever hear about is how Obama is not a US citizen.

Endless War = Endless Profits (How Congress Profits from War)
http://www.copsrcorrupt.com/endless-war---endless-profits.html

So on one side of me is the right wing conspiracy nuts and on the other is left wing apologist. So once again, I came before the American public with photographic, video, evidence of every kind. Again, backed up by extremely credible sources. I have American generals and the Red Cross and Doctors Without Borders and every other organization under the sun saying the same damn thing. Backing up everything that I've reported. I asked the same as I did with GWBush, let me arrest President Obama and put this whole circus on trial. A fair, impartial, speedy trial. Like the one Saddam got, before they hung him.

And once again the American public is instead suckered into voting for another rich crook promising to "Make America great again" or whatever. But like I said, I ain't no writer. I'm a revolutionary. But with no support from the general population and your willingness to support these crooks with your vote makes you as guilty as they are. Which I think turns a revolutionary into a terrorist or a blogger. Personally I'm tired of writing political pieces that no one searches for or reads. I didn't become a writer to collect dust, I'm here to raise an army.

The "Machine" VS the Revolution

By Christopher R Rice

Did you hear everyone booing Coronel Sanders at the DNC? And wonder why? Does anyone here remember the Ron Paul revolution? Today, we had the Bernie Sanders revolution. But neither Ron Paul or Bernie Sanders are revolutionaries. And even though people were ready to die in these revolutions neither man had any strategy past the elections. And consequently we all watched as "the machine" rolled over their revolutions.

To our shock and bewilderment we witnessed the Republican machine eat Ron Paul's hopes. Today we saw the same thing at the DNC. And so we watched as Bernie told his supporters that voting for the lesser of two evils was going to be their only option. And they booed and for good reason.

I have a question. How is it that voters are expecting "a revolution" from career politicians? I dunno either.

I've spelled out the only workable strategy to wrestle our Republic away from the crooks, criminals, lobbyist and banksters that now run our government regardless who we vote for.

Voting is not an option.

Can we all agree on that? Can we all agree on these simple principles:

Under the current 'machine' we can not vote our way out of this mess.

The desired change can not be obtained through the voting booth.

Next, can we examine what strategies have worked, don't worry I've already done that research for you. And then maybe agree on a strategy that has had success in the past. As opposed to repeating the same mistakes over and over again?

Before I get to those strategies this will not do me or you any good if no one sees it. This is where you come in. At a cost to you of zero dollars the only way for this to work is if a lot of people see it.

Personally, I don't even care if you copy and paste the whole article, cut my name and site out and post it as your own. This info is free for anyone interested in returning America to a functioning Republic without waiting on some politician to fix things.

But you must become your own media and promote it. Put it on your personal pages, post it in your comments on blogs, send the URL to your friends, post to your social media accounts.

I'm not sure if anyone here tonight remembers the Berlin wall or exactly how it came down. But Poland, East Germany and a bunch of other countries they use to call the East Bloc removed their government and that wall without ever firing a shot.

I've talked with / interviewed some of the participants and studied this peaceful revolution. And I'd like to bring it to America.

I think the strategies used there could also be successful here. And we can replace this whole mess that they call democracy.

We can then hold elections that are free and fair.

The very first step as I mentioned is to spread the word. According to the people who have done this successfully in the past the next most important step is to get off the net. That means printing this and passing it out. Holding meetings. And organizing protest in your own area.

Contact your church groups, MeetUp.com, union halls, veterans groups, student groups.

This is a real revolution. We will not succumb to the machine.

We will succeed where others have failed because we are relentless and determined. And we will not surrender.

Man faces prison after allegedly trying to deposit 10,000 bottles in Michigan

By Ryan Felton The Guardian

In a memorable episode of Seinfeld, two characters hatch a plot: instead of returning bottles in New York for a 5-cent refund, round up a load of containers and run them to Michigan, where the return is double, at 10 cents each.

In reality, the ploy – returning bottles purchased outside of Michigan to capitalize on the refund – is illegal under the state’s bottle deposit law. And a Michigan resident is finding out just how steep the penalties could be.

Brian Everidge, who is accused of attempting to “return” more than 10,000 bottles from other states, faces up to five years in prison for one felony count of beverage return of non-refundable bottles.

The incident dates to late April, when a Michigan state trooper pulled over Everidge – who was driving a rented Budget box truck in Tyrone Township, Michigan, about 40 miles north-west of Detroit – for speeding.

The officer, Clifford Lyden, testified at a court hearing on Thursday that Everidge’s truck was filled with plastic bags holding thousands of aluminum cans.

“I don’t think you could have put another five or 10 cans in here,” Lyden said. “It was packed.”

Everidge indicated the cans were from Kentucky, the officer said, “and his intent was to return them; he just didn’t say where he was going to return them”.

Livingston County district judge Suzanne Geddis found on Thursday that there was probable cause that Everidge violated state law, court records show, and Everidge will go to trial.

William J Vailliencourt, the prosecutor for Livingston County, declined to comment, citing the pending trial. But he said his office “has never had a case like this”.

Everidge couldn’t be reached, and his attorney, Marcus Wilcox, declined to comment.

In court, Everidge’s attorney Marcus Wilcox argued the state improperly charged Everidge, according to the Livingston Daily Press & Argus. He said his client’s situation didn’t meet the legal threshold for “attempting” to deliver the bottles for the deposit refund.
‘Kramer was right ... The cost-benefit analysis just doesn’t work.'

“They caught him too early,” Wilcox said on Thursday. “He attempted to attempt to return the bottles.”

Legal experts said Wilcox’s argument was tantamount to a “law school exam question”.

“This is the kind of stuff you torture students with,” said Peter Henning, a Wayne State University law professor and former federal prosecutor.

The case will turn on whether Everidge’s conduct went far enough to say he “attempted the crime, rather than was he just thinking about it”, Henning said. “His lawyer is making this is a purely legal argument: ‘Yes, he had the bottles from out of state ... but he hadn’t gotten far enough yet. And therefore he has not committed a crime.”

“You can’t be punished for your thoughts ... the difference is between mere preparation and perpetration,” he said.

Wilcox’s argument, Henning said, wasn’t an easy sell. “If he was three miles over the Toledo border, maybe that works – but he’s 75 miles into Michigan. This is getting much closer to perpetration of the offense.”

Michigan’s bottle-return policy is revered among advocates, as it has the highest bottle deposit in the US, according to statistics from the Container Recycling Institute. (Seinfeld elevated it to public lore in a two-part episode called The Bottle Deposit). The institute’s website notes that Maine and Vermont’s laws provide a 15-cent deposit for liquor and wine bottles, and 5 cents for other beverages. California has a 10-cent deposit for beverages larger than 24oz.

Beyond the higher return, Michigan’s 10-cent deposit also made a significant dent in increasing bottle recycling in the state. Michigan has the highest redemption rate for bottles in the US, according to a 2013 state report. The deposit cost is tacked on to the price when an individual purchases a beverage. Retailers each year receive 25% of unclaimed deposits, while Michigan transfers the remainder to a trust fund held by the state’s environmental agency, which uses the money for various waste production and pollution efforts. In 2010, the unclaimed deposits totaled $17.3m, the state report said.

But the deposit rate has for years attracted scammers, particularly in communities along the state’s borders. State lawmakers have proposed legislation in recent years to crack down on smugglers, including additional criminal penalties.

The felony count prosecutors charged Everidge with carries the highest penalties under state law, at a maximum five years’ imprisonment and up to a $5,000 fine.

Henning said it was unlikely Everidge, if convicted, would receive a prison sentence. “This is not a serious offense, and putting him in jail costs the county money,” he said.

The state report, which analyzed proposed legislative changes to Michigan’s bottle bill, said prison incarceration in a state facility was about $35,500 per prisoner annually.

Henning said the bottle bill penalties for large volumes in Michigan were more commonly used against commercial vendors, not individuals.

“There have probably been a few,” he said. “I don’t think it’s commonly prosecuted.

“I know the statute says you could be prosecuted for more than 25 [bottles], but less than 100,” he added. “Unless you’re walking in with a license plate around your neck from Arizona, no dealer’s going to ask. Kroger’s not going to ask where my cans and bottles are from; they couldn’t care less.”

Though the case was an anomaly, he said, “this is why we have laws that he clearly intended to violate”.

Henning, noting how the effort would have netted Everidge roughly $1,000, alluded to the Seinfeld episode and concerns raised by one of the show’s characters about the cost of the ploy. For Kramer, it was gas money. For Everidge, it’s potentially far greater.

Either way, “Kramer was right,” he said. “The cost-benefit analysis just doesn’t work.”

Calif Police Officer Arrested For Domestic Violence

By KYET

GUADALUPE, Calif. - Guadalupe Police Officer Ruben Ramirez was arrested Sunday night at his home in Santa Maria by Santa Maria Police on a charge of domestic violence with a woman believed to be his wife.

"He was arrested and booked into the Santa Barbara County Jail and he posted bail for his release", says Guadalupe Police Chief Gary Hoving, "since that time he has been relieved of duty, he has been placed on paid administrative leave pending an Internal Affairs investigation."

Chief Hoving commends the Santa Maria Police Department for its handling of the arrest of Officer Ramirez noting that he never received any special treatment.

"At this point we will wait to find out what the outcome of the criminal case is and we'll also look at policy violations in the interim", Hoving says, "we'll see if there are any restraining orders that surface in the next few days."

Hoving says law enforcement officers are being pushed to the limit more now than at any time in his 40 year career.

"I think there has always been stress affiliated with law enforcement and I would not want to use stress as a crutch or an alibi for domestic violence because there is no excuse for domestic violence", Chief Hoving says, "whether there is more stress today than when I started 40 years ago? I would have to say yes, definitely, at this moment we're a little shy on national support for law enforcement and it shows, it shows daily."

Officer Ruben Ramirez has served more than five years with the Guadalupe Police Department.

A Guadalupe police officer was arrested just after 11 p.m. on Sunday for alleged domestic violence against his wife.

The Santa Maria Police Department made the arrest. The suspect was identified as Ruben Ramirez, a veteran officer with the Guadalupe Police Department.

Guadalupe Police Chief Gary Hoving confirmed that Ramirez is facing a felony charge related to domestic violence. A phone tip to our newsroom claims the victim suffered injuries. The extent of those injuries is unknown at this time.

Chief Hoving said Ramirez did not receive special treatment, and that officers that arrested him treated Ramirez like everybody else who is alleged to have committed domestic violence.

Ramirez was booked into Santa Barbara County Jail.

No other details were immediately known but check back for updated information as it comes into our newsroom.

Officer of the Year Arrested for Domestic Violence

Officer Bryn Lindenmuth

YORK, Pa. (AP) – A central Pennsylvania county’s “Police Officer of the Year” has been charged with assaulting his wife.

The York Dispatch (http://bit.ly/2agcdiv ) reports 34-year-old Bryn Lindenmuth was charged with simple assault, false imprisonment and harassment for allegedly ripping off some of his wife’s clothes, scratching her and refusing to let her leave her home after she returned from a cookout Saturday night. West Manchester Township police say she was able to run to a neighbor’s and call 911.

Lindenmuth has been placed on paid leave by the Southwestern Regional Police, who patrol several of York’s suburbs. His defense attorney didn’t immediately return a call for comment Wednesday.

Lindenmuth was named York County’s officer of the year in 2015 for making 16 DUI arrests, filing 45 criminal charges and conducting 350 traffic stops.

After Bryn Lindenmuth was arrested, Kalina Lindenmuth said she was "sick and tired" of being physically abused and pushed around by her husband, saying this type of violence had happened many times before, documents state.

She said she was afraid to call authorities because her husband is a police officer, according to charging documents.

The incident:  Kalina Lindenmuth returned home from a cookout about 10:45 p.m. Saturday, and was parked near her home. Bryn Lindenmuth drove by in his Jeep, got out, unlocked his wife's car with spare keys and took her keys out of her car, according to documents.

Bryn Lindenmuth then yelled at Kalina Lindenmuth before heading off in his Jeep, documents state. Kalina Lindenmuth walked back to her home, where police say she found her husband throwing beer bottles on the front lawn.

When she went into the house, her husband continued to yell at her, taking her phone and looking through it, police said. Bryn Lindenmuth then allegedly ripped her tank top, ripped off her bra, scratched her and allegedly tore apart her sandals, documents state. He also allegedly ripped up photos of them together, police said.

Kalina Lindenmuth then sat on a recliner while Bryn Lindenmuth used her phone to call her sister, telling the sister to mind her own business and calling both women "pieces of sh—t," according to police.

Police say Bryn Lindenmuth pushed over the recliner with his wife still in it and that when she tried to walk away, he blocked her and pushed her, then tried to throw her through the rear sliding-glass door.

Bryn Lindenmuth allegedly hoisted Kalina Lindenmuth over his shoulder, but she managed to get away and ran to get her phone. Bryn Lindenmuth got the phone first and put it in his pocket, police said, then picked her up again, trying to force her outside.

"Bryn used substantial force using his elbow and jammed it down hard on her shoulder in an attempt to knock her down," documents state.

He then tried to lock Kalina Lindenmuth in the garage, telling her she could sleep there before turning off the lights, documents state. After that, Bryn Lindenmuth allegedly came into the garage, telling his wife they were leaving, and he tried to force her into the passenger seat of a vehicle.

Kalina Lindenmuth tried to get back into the home to get her phone and wallet, but "Bryn kept blocking her path and grabbed her arms and started to force her backward to possibly fall down the steps," documents state.

Kalina Lindenmuth was able to grab her flip-flops and run to a neighbor's home, where she used their phone to call 911, police said. The entirety of the incident lasted from about 11 p.m. until 3 a.m., according to police.

While speaking with police, Kalina Lindenmuth said she was scared of what her husband might do after she called police, adding that he has many weapons in the house, documents state. The couple's two children were not present during the incident, police said.

The responding officer conferred with the York County District Attorney's Office before filing the charges, police said, and Kalina Lindenmuth was taken to a local district judge's office to obtain an emergency protection-from-abuse order.

Investigation: Southwestern Regional Police Chief Greg Bean confirmed Tuesday that Bryn Lindenmuth was placed on paid leave immediately after the alleged incident. Bean said Lindenmuth will remain on paid leave until an internal investigation is complete.

An investigator within the department will be assigned to speak with those involved to determine if there has been any violation of orders. That will then be presented to the police board, which will make a decision about any disciplinary action, he said.

“We don't want any stone unturned, as far as the facts of the situation, and we present the information as we know it, and a determination is made at that point,” Bean said.

The department will be working closely with the York County District Attorney's Office and West Manchester Township Police during the investigation, he said.

Accolades: Bryn Lindenmuth was named 2015 York County Officer of the Year in May by the York County Police Heritage Museum.

He has been with the department for 11 years, according to a news release announcing the award. During that time he has received 21 awards or commendations. In 2015, he made 16 DUI arrests, filed 45 criminal charges and conducted 350 traffic enforcement stops, the release states.

“From the perspective of a police officer, he’s always excelled at whatever he does,” Bean said.

Bryn Lindenmuth also is a drug recognition expert and a member of the York County Drug Task Force as a liaison for the department, according to the release.

Lindenmuth could not be reached for comment Wednesday and remains free on $25,000 unsecured bail, meaning he didn't have to post any money but could lose that amount if he fails to attend court proceedings.

Defense attorney Chris Ferro did not return a message seeking comment on Wednesday afternoon.

How to get Donald Trump Elected

By Christopher R Rice

We finally have an anti-establishment candidate. Donald Trump may not be Ron Paul or have any experience in political office but that's the way it should be. The founding fathers never intended for politician to be a career. The people were to elect representatives from amongst themselves (locally) and send the best among themselves to Washington to fix this or that local problem and then the rep you sent to Washington was to return to their former job, not stay in Washington accumulating power and wealth for themselves.

We also finally have a candidate that wants to secure our borders and bring the troops home. We should've secured our borders after 9/11 but Bush and Cheney took millions of dollars from campaign contributors to keep the borders wide open. Then companies like Tyson Foods flooded Congress and the Senate with tons of cash to give illegals a Z-Visa so they could remain and work legally in the US.

But We the People flooded the Senate switchboard with phone calls against this legislation. So many people called in that we shut the switchboard down. I helped to organize that protest. A big thank you to everyone who participated.

I started a website that I called VoteStrike. And I began organizing to keep the two open borders Senators running for the White House out. We had a pretty good following. No one had heard of Obama and he had signed the Z-Visa legislation along with his opponent John McCain.

I republished from Open Secrets.org that Obamas top campaign contributors were not small donors as he had claimed but were Goldman Sachs and other Wall Street big wigs.

But no one listened. Everyone drank the Kool-Aid, and started believing whatever Obama said, the truth seemed irrelevant to my readers.

When Obama got elected, I admitted defeat. VoteStrike was a huge failure, another crook was in the highest office in the land.

Shortly there after the Tea Party was born. I had talked it up with some friends, about what protest were still taking place. And about a week or so later my friend said I heard about that Tea Party you were talking about on the news last night.

Much to my dismay the Tea Party chose to attack Obama over his birth certificate which I thought was pure folly. But the members of the Tea Party choose to run with it. And they made the news with it. A new term entered our vocabulary, the birthers they were called. They were being compared to the Truthers, from the '9/11 is an inside job', movement.

A lot of time and money went into proving that Obama was born in Kenya and not Hawaii but as I predicted you were wasting a lot of time and a lot of money. I'd watched the Jesuits do the same thing when they tried to use the RICO law against the first Bush. You see I've been in this fight for a long time now.

For all of the people who still hate Donald Trump, I just have one thing to say, look at the other option. The Democrats crowned their Queen but no one wants Hillary in the White House or Obama would of never been able to beat her eight years ago. She's a dead duck. Nobody is willing to admit this though.

Hate for Donald Trump is still pulsing through half of every Americans blood vessels. To those people who would vote for Hillary as a protest vote against Trump, that must be a hard decision. No matter how politically un-correct Mr. Trump might be, Hillary Clinton is a war criminal, among her other character flaws. But maybe you're okay with that. Hell we even have a BDSM ex Vice President.

If I have any compliant against a Trump presidency it would be his open support for torture. I mean it was bad enough when they turned America into a BDSM Super Freak but at least it was done covertly. At the same time you have to applaud Mr. Trumps honesty. If you're going to be a freak, be a proud freak.

Those of you who know that I've returned to my anarchist roots and have been trying to rid us of any government at all, don't be shocked. These loons are going to vote, I can't change that. Truth and reality are the first casualties in any election. So no matter what I say or publish, someone's getting into the White House that doesn't belong there.

I first saw a Trump presidency as a side effect rising from the ashes of my VoteStrike. Like some medieval Frankenstein. And I thought my gawd man what have I created? But it was the system that created this monster, not I.

Now I'd like to give you a strategy to get Trump into the White House. A little something I learned from Ralph Nader.

At the time of this writing Trump is trailing Hillary by over 10 points. And this is before the conventions and the debates.

There is a very simple way to flip this. First get everyone you know to call CNN and FOX and demand a third party candidate be included in the debates. The TV networks will cave from the pressure. The same way we stopped the Z-Visa.

That's it. Mission accomplished. Whatever third party candidate they run will draw more people from Hillary than from Trump. No one really wants Hillary anyways, so give people someone else to vote for as a vote against Trump and Hillary. So they will split her vote.

Are you still with me? Going in Clinton has a ten percent lead. A third party candidate would take more voters from Hillary than from Trump. And then, as if by magic, Trump takes the lead and wins the White House.

If this strategy works out for you guys do me a favor and shoot me, ...some cash. I'm going broke over here. Really, try working with anarchist some time, they don't have two cents to rub together for Christ sakes.

And if you know anyone thinking of voting for Hillary please send them here-
